Seeking acesV2.3.OCIO config package for Affinity Photo on iPad

Hi Folks

As above I need assistance to create a ‘useable’ aces2.3. OCIO config package for loading on Affinity Photo on my iPad. 
The latest version OCIO is V2.3 but needs to be compiled and iPadOS cannot run the apps that will do this.

M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB   lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen).
Affinity Photo 1.10.5 Affinity Design 1.10.5 
Affinity Publisher 2, Affinity Designer 2, Affinity Photo 2 and betas.

@Affinity-Inspiration I don’t know a great deal about creating OCIO configs but the earlier releases, 1.03 and 1.2 were available with luts and baked files. The current links provide the config files but don’t provide the luts. The full package requires running an install batch file but you can’t do this on an iPad. I’m assuming the luts are still required and are not the same as earlier versions
