[FIXED IN 2.3] [KNOWN ISSUE] Custom Keyboard Shortcuts do not function on macOS Sonoma

Recommended Posts

Following the release of macOS Sonoma, our team have identified an issue with setting custom keyboard shortcuts within the Affinity apps.

These shortcuts can be correctly added under Settings > Shortcuts as expected, however using any custom shortcuts will not invoke the action they are assigned to.

This has been logged with our development team and we're working to resolve this issue as soon as possible - unfortunately we're not aware of any workaround at this time, though the default shortcuts will still continue to function correctly.

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
