Staff Callum Posted September 27, 2023 Staff Share Posted September 27, 2023 Since the release of our new 2.2 update we have noticed increased reports of PDF exports failing. This seems to only occur when the colour profile for your exported PDF is set to Euroscale Coated V2. Choosing a different colour profile or rolling back the update to version 2.1 should solve this issue for you. This is something that will be fixed as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience this might cause in the meantime. If you are finding you aren’t using the Euroscale Coated V2 profile and are still getting this error message please make a New Thread and we will look into this further with you. Thanks Callum Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
