[FIXED IN 2.2.1] [KNOWN ISSUE] Why is my export to PDF failing since the 2.2 update?

Since the release of our new 2.2 update we have noticed increased reports of PDF exports failing.

This seems to only occur when the colour profile for your exported PDF is set to Euroscale Coated V2.

Choosing a different colour profile or rolling back the update to version 2.1 should solve this issue for you.

This is something that will be fixed as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience this might cause in the meantime.

If you are finding you aren’t using the Euroscale Coated V2 profile and are still getting this error message please make a New Thread and we will look into this further with you.

Thanks
Callum

The issue "PDF export fails when document is set to Euroscale Coated V2" (REF: AF-370) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.2.0.2052".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
