Teddy90704 Posted September 22, 2023 Share Posted September 22, 2023 I haven't had this issue with past versions, but after the 2.2 update my programs take forever to export a PDF, and it looks like the "print ready" file size is HUGE, way bigger than it needs to be for a standard letter sized document. Could you upload it to our Dropbox here and i can get this looked into. Might be best to upload an afpackage file as that mean i get all the images then. To do that, first create an empty folder on your Desktop and then open your file in Publisher and click File>Save As Package and point this to the empty folder on your Desktop. I can’t get a response past the please upload your file. Once I did that it has been completely ignored for weeks. I doubt support will help past this post. As mentioned on email, the file has been logged with the Developers. There has been an issue found caused by the 2.2 update which can affect PDF export but that is only for documents using the Euroscale Coated V2 Colour Profile but this issue didn't happen in 2.1, which is the version your issues started in.
