I purchased the Universal License v2 in July 2023 and updated Photo to the new V2.2 with no problem.
Designer and Publisher, however, are now requiring a product key (which they didn't need before) and won't open past the product key & ID request panel.

I've tried the Universal License keys and even the old product keys, the Validate button stays greyed out.

Help please, and thanks.

V2 applications do not ask for a Product Key. If you're getting a prompt for one it sounds like you're trying to run a V1 application.

Can you check that, and provide a screenshot of the message?

Thanks for your quick reply. My apologies, I forgot I had migrated a fresh copy of my OS some months ago, and that must have had the v1 version. I re-uploaded the v2 universal license, and it automatically updated to the 2.2 version. Many thanks. Happy camper here! :)
