taruxtin Posted September 18, 2023 Posted September 18, 2023 Hello everybody After having the problem of all three programs crashing during the startup, I just upgraded (after complete uninstallation of Version 1) to Version 2. I have the same issue and do not know what to do. Symptoms After the splash screen, the main screen opens and nothing further happens: What I tried Deleting all preferences (with the menu appearing on startup when pressing Ctrl) Deactivate the Hardware Acceleration with the flag Uninstall and install again Deleting the User Data in the Roaming Folder Upgrading to Version 2 (!) Any idea what I could try next? I do have the most recent Designer 2 (2.1.1) on Windows 10 (10.0.19045). Quote
