White is not white (#f1ffff)

In either affinity designer or affinity photo.  When I draw a plain white object, with a white background.  I get a blueish color.  Same when I place an image, everything is blueish...

If I use Powertools to get what color I'm actually getting for my shape I get #F1FFFF.

I'm working on a 3 monitors layout:
- Surface Pro 7
- Dell U3223QE
- LG 32UD99

That only happens on my Dell monitor.  No matter what color profile I use, my dell never gives me pure white for my shape object.

It only happens in Affinity software.
