Trial Ended/Recovering Document

Recommended Posts

I signed up for a 30 day trial and worked very hard on a document.  Once I decided to purchase my trial document is nowhere to be found and my email address is not being recognized to reset a password.  Can anyone help?  Is there any chance of recovering my document?

Where did you save this document?
Documents made with the trial version are plain Affinity documents.

You seem to struggle with registering your purchased copy of Affinty app?

I apologise for any approximations in my English. It is not my mother tongue.

Hi Nballard,

Were you using the desktop version or the iPad version of the apps? There is nothing in our apps that can delete files from your computer however files in the iPad versions are stored within the apps unless saved to a location on your iPad or the cloud which means they will be lost when removing the iPad versions of the apps. I'd recommend doing a search on your computer for the project files of each of our apps depending on the one you were using.

  1. .afphoto if you were using Affinity Photo.
  2. .afdesign if you were using Affinity Designer.
  3. .afpub if you were using Affinity Publisher.

This should hopefully help you find your file.
Thanks
C
