Publisher crashes and document can not be edited anymore

Good evening,

I'm using Publisher 2, Version 2.1.1 and Windows 11. My project is a calendar with 28 Din A4 pages containing full size picures and PDF documents. First I embedded all files and Publisher crashed. Now I started a new project and linked all files and suddenly Publisher creshes again.

Currently there are around 10 pictures and PDF's in the document, so it's not really a big document.

I made already multiple times A4 magazines with Publisher (also with Publiser 1 already) containing 52 or 60 pages, so I'm quite used with Publisher.

Anybody an idea?
