That option isn't here. Am I crazy?

As i remember we can only export spread.

If you want to print spread, select all elements and in Print settings select Paper size - A3 (for example), Orientation-->Landscape, and Range-->Selection.

To print spreads use the "N-up" option. Set "Across" to 2 and, if the document starts on a right page, set "Skip" to 1. If you don't set margins (Left, Top) it will be placed in a sheets corner/edge. A right margin needs to get set via an according "Scale" value.
