Staff stokerg Posted August 18, 2023 Staff Share Posted August 18, 2023 Hi @trilokand Welcome to the Forums, Just to add to the advice from @tzvi20, to disable this option, click on the Affinity Photo menu in the top left corner and select Setting. Then on the Performance section at the bottom, is a tick box for Hardware Acceleration. Untick that and close Preferences, you'll be asked to restart Affinity and once restarted try your workflow again and let me know the results.
