Selective Color Adjustment /Add Preset Do not work

I've tested this on both macOS and Windows, with the Affinity app language set to Spanish and English - in all 4 cases I was able to create and save an Adjustment Preset for the Selective Colour Adjustment, as expected.

Therefore I'd like to try resetting your Adjustments file to see if this resolves the issue for you.

You can do this by closing the Affinity app, then reopening it and holding down the CTRL key whilst the app loads. You should see the 'Clear User Data' dialog appear.

Please untick all of the options in the top section, then enable 'Reset Adjustments' in the bottom section and select Clear - the app should now open.

Please be aware that resetting this file will lose any previously saved Adjustment presets, if you'd like to back these up before resetting the file, please do let me know and I will walk you through these steps.

Once reset, are you now able to save presets for this Adjustment, as expected? :)
