Upsizing Raw file

Is there a way of upsizing a Raw file, like with Workflow Options in Photoshop? I know there is Resize Document but it would be better to do it from Raw.

There's no Workflow or equivalent option within the Develop Persona to do this. You need to go into the Photo Persona to resize the document. Feel free to ask for it in the Feature Request section.
