Photo V2.2.0 (1881): White Balance and Shadows & Highlights issue in Delelopment Persona

Switching to Development Persona shows White Balance and Shadows & Highlights panes open and supposedly active (checkbox is checked), but the adjustment sliders have no effect...until the checkbox is unchecked (pane collapsed) then rechecked (pane re-opened). Slider work just fine after that, but have to do this every time switching to Development Persona. Also noticed that adjustment sliders for Exposure and Enhance work regardless of checkbox status.
