"Show Orientation" setting in pen tool and node tool back to disabled by default

It was turned off in V1 and and i dont why this was changed to on in V2.

It unnecesary takes the user attention and distract. 

If possible, consider restoring this setting back to "OFF BY DEFAULT" like it vas in V1 in the upcoming beta cycle.
