Urgent problem with pdf export

Recommended Posts

Hi! Some parts of the background pattern are transformed into dark magenta during the pdf export.
I exchanged these elements but the problem is still the same.
Export as jpg/png etc. is fine.
When I print it with my office printer the problem is the same like as pdf.
All kinds of pdfs create the same problem, also eps and svg-eport.
Enclosed is a screenshot and the document.
It's the latest V2 2.1.1 on Mac 10.15.
Thanks for help!
Antje

Hi @Antje Müller,

The issue is caused by some of the nodes... if you zoom in closely on the shapes causing the problems and look at the nodes and node handles you will see issues, once corrected the file will export correctly.

In the attached Publisher file I've only corrected the nodes on the shapes causing the issues on export on the first page but it's quite likely there could be others as well. I've marked the original layers in red and the 'corrected' layers in green in the attached file.

I would go through the Mandala design and correct any node issues and then perhaps place the Mandala on a Master page so you only need one correct version which you can then apply to each page that uses it.

Note: I didn't have the font you've used loaded and the logo on the bottom left page is linked rather than embedded which is why it appears blurry.

@Hangman Great! Thanks a lot!

I didn't check this because I completely replaced the pink elements by elements that were in the pdf correct, so I was sure, it must be a pdf-mistake.

Have a nice day!
