is there a facility to create labels for standard Avery A4 sheets, like there is on the Windows based Serif design products? I can make a single label of the required size, but can't work out how to then position it precisely with repetitions on an A4 sheet.

Welcome to the forum miggywhit :)

There's not automatic feature at the moment within the app - I'm sure it will come in the future.

You could export your design to PDF with bleeds and crop marks enabled and then use Apple's Preview to print multiple copies of the PDF on A4. Alternatively, you could create an A4 document in Designer and then use File > Place to add your PDF the page. You can the duplicate the placed PDF as many times as you need and position :)

Hey miggywhit,

Ok, there may be an alternative solution for you. It all depends on what you're printing on the labels, i'm assuming name and addresses here. In the Contacts application on Mac there is an option under the print dialogue to print Avery A4 labels all aligned for you, the only thing is you will need to make sure all the info is added as individual contacts within the app. So let's say you wanted to print labels for 20 people you would need 20 contacts added in the app....
