Table Incorrectly Scaled Proportionally When Changing Page Orientation

Recommended Posts

I'm assuming this shouldn't happen as it doesn't in V1.10.6 and I'm not aware of any overrides to prevent this from happening in V2.

The main issue here is that when changing the page orientation the table width and height along with the table contents are scaled in proportion to the new page with and height, i.e., with a Portrait A4 document, changing the page orientation to Landscape results in the table width increasing by 41.43% and the table height decreasing by 70.71% so you end up with proportionally stretched text...

In the Document setup dialog (⇧⌘P), you have to choose the Scaling panel and choose Anchor to the page or Anchor to the spread, instead of Resizing.

For some reason, this had defaulted or more likely I changed it at some point to rescale and forgot I had... so all working correctly again, many thanks... :)
