What error message do you get?

What OS do you use, and where are you trying to Save?

What kind of file are you saving?

My guess: You have configured the Controlled Folder Access settings in Windows, and you have not authorized the application to save in those folders. Your easiest fix might be to disable that Windows Security setting.

Other than that, if you're using that Windows function, you will need to configure it to allow the application. And if you are using the MSIX-based versions of the V2 applications, you will need to do that for each update. So it might be easier to uninstall the MSIX-based applications, download the EXE-based versions of the installers, and reinstall.

Note that this is just a guess, but I hope it gives you an area in Windows to investigate.

Nein der Virenscanner hat den Ordner gesperrt mit dem Update

Thanks. Then that is a problem with your virus scanner, isn't it?
