After updating the app ( Affinity designer V2.1 ), all the files I'm working on are having the same problem.

 — Loading failed. unable to load document.

Just open and work on them for some time. It is not safe to work on Ipad.
This has never happened before (V1 or V2).

Hi @Lvictor welcome to the forums,

Sorry to hear that, could you possibly provide me with one of the documents that's giving you this error when attempting to open it so I can investigate further? If you do not wish to share the file publicly I can provide a private upload link.

In addition to providing the file, could you confirm the following:

  • What iPad model are you using?
  • What iOS version are you running?
  • Where are the files being opened from (E.G Files app, iCloud)?

Many thanks

thanks for trying to help.
I'm using Affinity Designer on Ipad air 3 with IPADOS 16.3.1.
Unfortunately the files that were damaged are not saved, maybe this could be a mistake that I've always been making. I always worked with the files without saving, I never needed it because there was never an error in any file. Therefore, I cannot send it because I think it is in some folder that I do not have access to. After the update, as soon as I open a file and modify something, everything goes well, however, when I close the app and open it again, the files show an error and do not open. I'll try saving a file as a test to see if the error persists. (I'm avoiding opening the files so as not to damage them.)

As you can see in the images, I never save my files. A big mistake.
