Good day,

One of my colleagues has created a layout in v2.1 that is basically a bunch of images pasted onto the page, then rotated and cropped as desired.

However, when she re-opens the document most of the images seem to have been replaced by the same one. I'm not sure how or why but all of the images are of a kind (and named) "Curve" and nothing shows in the Resource Manager

The only real evidence that the document was as she says is that the preview looks correct in Finder/QuickLook.

I've tried to re-create the issue but haven't had any luck as I can't get any images to appear as "Curve".

I'm not at liberty to attach the document here, but I've attached the same portion of the QuickLook preview and the image from Navigator showing that the document is not the same as the preview. I don't believe it is just a matter of the rotation or crop having changed as the ruler lines have a darker background (and the other parts of the image look different).

Thanks for any help you can provide,

Chris

Hi @WEHI_Chris welcome to the forums,

It is understandable if you do not wish to share the file publicly, though so we can look into this further could you possibly upload the file to the private dropbox link below so we can inspect it's contents?

https://www.dropbox.com/request/RSKMlE1Xkso9gzsJfg7f

If the images were placed as linked resources (can be checked in the resource manager under 'view'), could these images be included as well? Also, could you advise which version of MacOS your colleague is using?

Many thanks

Thanks Nathan, I've uploaded that. I'm not entirely sure what it all is. As far as I can tell the user has copied and then pasted the images in but I have not been able to get my cut-and-paste attempts to turn out like theirs so it may be the source app causing part of the problem.

Appreciate any light you can shed on what might have happened.

Thanks again,

Chris
