Transfer all settings from pc to notebook

Hello dear forum.
I hope I am in the right place.

Can I transfer my settings (arrangement of windows and panels, div. other settings,...), which I have made in the individual programs, also to another PC (notebook)?
If YES, please which file(s) in which directory?
Searching now for over an hour and find nothing . . .

I am working with a Win10 PC and the 3 Affinity programs in version 2.1.0.

Press Windows key + R. copy/paste or type shell:UsersFilesFolder\Affinity\ 

Navigate to Designer, Photo or Publisher\2.0. Copy the folder Settings and the preferences.dat to the corresponding folders on the other PC/laptop.

Dann kommt bei mir folgendes Fenster:

Sorry, shell muss am Anfag groß geschrieben werden und der weitere Pfad zu .affinity. Also Shell:UsersFilesFolder\.affinity\

Aber warum hab ich unter meinem Benutzernamen das .affinity nicht gesehen ???
Wahrscheinlich zu sehr auf alle anderen Einträge konzentriert.
