Simonand Posted May 22, 2023 Posted May 22, 2023 Just updated to Affinity Publisher 2.1 and now I can't open certain .afpub files that it did before update. I'm on Mac OS Ventura 13.4. It will open some but not others and I can't see any differences between them. I get the attached message. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks in advance. Quote

Staff Callum Posted May 22, 2023 Staff Posted May 22, 2023 I still can't see anything uploaded I'm afraid. From what I can see there are no issues here at our end. What happens when you try to upload? Do you get any error messages etc? Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
Simonand Posted May 22, 2023 Author Posted May 22, 2023 @Callum You should have it now - I uploaded to my dropbox and then uploaded from there. Quote
Staff Callum Posted May 22, 2023 Staff Posted May 22, 2023 I can see there is a file there but it is 0bytes and clicking the file makes DropBox tell me that the file doesn't exist. What is the size of the file locally on your hard drive? I'll send you a Private message with my email address so we can try sending the file via a service such as wetransfer. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
