Publisher page numbering in a section not working properly?

Best to look at the screen grab.

Page numbering works in all sections but 1. The main section.

Some numbers appear, some don’t. In this example page 2, right panel is blank with red dots on each corner.

pages 3 and 4 are ok, and then…

This seems to be random throughout the next 144 pages. I

I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong??? But I can’t fix it.

Ok, so if I put the page numbering at the top of the page, it appears to work. 
So if it’s a text wrap problem, how do I avoid that issue?

Can’t find that option, but I have set a wrapping option that seems to solve it.

Im having to go through all 144 pages and set the distance as in the image below. The bottom -1” on the bottom right.

On iPad, with the Text Frame for the page number selected, choose the Text studio, then click on Text Frame, and the option to ignore wrap will be on the next dialog:

Thanks Walt. I finally found it on the iPad. And it works. Thanks for that, I’d never come across it before so now I know.
