Juan Orrego Castro Posted May 15, 2023 Posted May 15, 2023 Hello, last hours I’ve made the purchase of the license of affinity photo 2 iPad version but when I finished the transaction and the money was discount of my bank account I received a message on the app telling me that I can’t access and my account is unavailable, could you please fix it? After that issue I tried to login an activate the product once again but it seems to be the same trouble, please see attached the image regarding of this matter, I will remain attentive for your response, best.
