I got some great Aurora images from a few nights ago that I'm very happy with. But then I go to edit them and make the pillars more prominent I notice some terrible star coma in the corners. They almost look like comets. What methods are there to reduce their size or visibility are there in AF?

Hi Michael,

Welcome to the forums

If possible could you provide a copy of the image in question so I can see what you are working with? If you would rather not post it publicly let me know and I'll provide a link to our DropBox.

Thanks

Thank you!

Here's what I got. View the stars in the upper right corner and they are mis-shaped. You're likely to ignore them with the overall image but I want to make sure it looks as good as possible if I make a large print. It's an older lens, the newer versions handle stars better but are several times the price.
