Copying of settings from Release to Beta isn't working on Windows

In the fixes for Release Candidate 2.1.0.1781 it states that Copying of settings from Release to Beta isn't working on Windows [HUB-295] has been fixed.  However I find this not to be the case. The option is still greyed out. Both the release & beta versions were installed via the exe file. Clicking on HUB-295 shows zero results.

We had to change the data path for the EXE installations in 2.1, and when this button is disabled it means the release installation wasn't found.

You should find that the EXE installations can be migrated-from after 2.1.
