AncientWire Posted April 21, 2023 Posted April 21, 2023 Yesterday while working on a png, Affinity Photo 2 stopped showing transparancy. I didn't notice the exact moment (It was between 11:30 and 1:30) because I put in a color layer so I could more clearly see while I was erasing the background. Through testing multiple transparent pngs, the checkerboard that signifies transparency does not show in AD1 or AD2 or AP1 or AP2. Here is the really strange bit - transparancy shows on my main monitor, but not my Wacom Cintiq 22 or my 3rd monitor which is the same brand and model as my main monitor. Other people in my zoom meeting saw the transparency when I couldn't. Other drawing programs show transparancy on all 3 monitors. Because I was working on the image, I wasn't updating anything on purpose. Because it affects my Wacom and my LG, and not my other LG, and Because other programs show transparancy on all 3 monitors, I don't think it is the monitors. So only Affinity programs are the problem, and only on 2 of 3 monitors, and only while I am viewing them not sharing in a webinar. I am really confused. Any thoughts? Thanks! Quote
