Is it okay to report it again here or to inquire if there is a chance to solve the problem? Specifically, the problem is that the closing quotation mark (typographically incorrect) slips into the next line. The problem is very annoying, as the smallest changes in longer paragraphs force a constant check of all subsequent line endings. With Publisher beta 2.1.0.1742 / macOS Ventura 13.3.1 the problem still occurs. The problem has already been addressed here. Please just delete the post if it is not right here. Beyond that, as it has already been reported there, it would be good to continue the discussion in the existing report if the problem is the same.
