Registration Problem

Hi, I don't know if I am at the right place, but on a windows computer I reinstalled publisher (msi version because the thumbnails where not shown correctly) again and I needed to register, I did it and I got a message 'try again later' I changed my password but the same message. 
What to do?

Just a guess, but make sure your computer is set to the correct time, date, and timezone. 

You can check this from the Account dialog (burger menu, then an option something like Check Communication). Or possibly by right-clicking in the Registration dialog. That will give you a file you can browse, which will tell you the time at the server and the time at your computer.
