I must have done something that messed with something else and now I cannot do anything with this image. I can't move it, copy it, delete it - nothing. What is wrong? Can you tell by my screenshot? Thank you in advance!

Hi @aem10

It looks like you've selected a blank pixel layer which you should be able to delete. The picture visible on the page doesn't look selected and I assume that it is IMG_6052 as shown in the Layers panel. The layer is locked as shown by the Lock icon - click the Lock icon to unlock it.

Good luck

Hi, thank you for your response. The layer called pixel is what I am trying to move. It is highlight and unlocked. It was an image that I erased a part of the background on.

I began experimenting with "mask" and I believe this is when the image (not IMG_6052) became uneditable. Thanks again!

Could that layer have a different status in Affinity Publisher, so there is some condition affecting it that Affinity Photo isn't showing?

Could you upload the file?

Problem Solved!

I made a duplicate copy (of the file) and deleted the extra pages I had working so I could upload the file. There was one specific page that once I deleted, for some reason, the pixel became editable again. 🤯

Thanks so much for the help and replies!
