Why can’t We use installed assets in all three programs (Photo, Designer, Publisher) seamlessly?

I have alot of assets in Publisher, but, when switching to Designer/Photo thru StudioLink I can’t access this assets…

Sure, I could install everything in both Photo & Designer, but, I have at least 30 categories so it seems unnecessary to store everything on three different places…

This is on iPad - haven’t checked this on my Mac if this is the same…

because iPad applications are sandboxed very effectively by the OS and Apple do not allow one application to see the other applications data. We have tried hard as we understand how frustrating this can be.
