Tamron 28-75 G2 and 50-400 lens profiles

I see a few other threads with requests for adding lens profiles and have opted to create a separate thread instead of appending my requests to another.

 

I'd love to see the following lens profiles added to the develop persona in Affinity Photo 2 (both for Sony E-mount):

Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 Di III VXD G2

Tamron 50-400mm F/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD

Both are very popular lenses and automatic corrections would no doubt be helpful to a lot of people! Thanks,

Serif simply uses the profile information supplied by the Open Source Lensfun project. It's possible Lensfun has profiled those lenses, but not yet updated their production build. In that case, you may be able to download and install them yourself from their database.

If they have not done so, you could ask them to profile those lenses. Or, if you have the lenses, the Lensfun site provides information about how you can profile them yourself. You could then share the info with Lensfun for them to incorporate.

Good to know. I'll look into profiling the lenses myself and share with Lensfun if possible.
