rpigeon Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 Hello, I'm trying to find where, on my Windows 11 desktop, are stored all the ajustements. For exemple, I have some (a lot) LUTS that are saved and I can see a preview (using the ajustements window), I would like to copy them to Affinity Photo version 2 Beta. I know I could export a category from V2 then import in V2 Beta, but it would be simpler to copy all the ajustements from V2 to V2 Beta. Is that possible ? Thanks Robert Quote
walt.farrell Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 Have you tried the Settings dialog in the Beta, which has a Beta section for copying things from the Retail version? It might get the Adjustments. rpigeon Posted April 4, 2023 Author Posted April 4, 2023 Thanks Walt for your reply. I had tried that but nothing from the V2 ajsutements are imported in the V2 Beta. Some of the Library or Assets are imported, but it seems they are from my Affinity account. Robert Quote
walt.farrell Posted April 4, 2023 Posted April 4, 2023 I wasn't sure it would work, as it seems to still be incomplete. There's a way you can copy them over manually, but you can't just copy the LUTs. You'll get all the Adjustment presets. And the method will depend on whether you've installed the standard MSIX version of the application or the EXE/MSI version. In either case, you'll want the adjustments.propcol file. For 2.0.4 I think that will be in the %USERPROF%\.affinity\Common\2.0\User directory. For 2.1.0.1736 it would be in one of two places: For MSIX: %USERPROF%\.affinity\Common\2.0 (Beta)\user For EXE/MSI, I think in: %AppData%\Affinity\Common\2.0 (Beta)\user Make sure none of the V2 applications are running when you mess around with these files.
