Impossible to download

Hello everyone,

I have purchased all of Affinity softwares in the 1.10.6 version and i want to download again to install it in my new operating system on the same computer. It's ok for Publisher but there's something as wrong about Photo and Designer...

When i push to the button of that softwares, i got a screen to show me that code :

So, it's impossible to download it.

There's people are in the same situation here ?

That message would suggest that you are trying to download one of our V1 free trials. These are no longer available now that V2 is released. Please try again making sure you are using the link for the full V1 programs and not the trials.
