This is definitely not a display bug, since as a result of saving the strip remains.

Anyway, if it can be fixed in settings, then tell me how.

If you switch to Photo using Edit in Photo the line is not visible, so there is something different between how Designer and Photo display this on an artboard which may be anti-aliasing taking effect in photo.

Also if I draw with these snapping settings in Designer I can see the line but when I export as JPEG or PDF the line is not visible.
