Is it a bug? or my hardware system does not support it, but when I work in Photoshop, everything works fine... So I use the patch tool to fix the photo background; everything works fine when I use a small pixel, but when I use a large pixel, the AP application freezes and is "not responding." I'm using the latest AP V2 update.

My desktop specs:

  • Windows 11 22H2
  • Amd Ryzen 3 1300x
  • GPU Amd Radeon Rx580 4gb
  • RAM: 8GB DDR4 2666Mhz

I also include a video of my screen recording.

Have you tried turning off Hardware Acceleration within the apps Preferences > Performance dialog and then trying the Patch Tool again?

I've done it since I first installed v2... I just started working with the patch tool, and I thought it was running normally, but when using large pixels, there is a bug like that.
