AllSaints Posted March 15, 2023 Posted March 15, 2023 Hello. First post here. I have a Publisher 2 document (Windows version). It is a BOOKLET printed on 8.5 x 14" paper, duplex folded, so the "pages" are 7 x 8.5" in size. That gives me two pages on one size of the paper and two on the other. I want to export as PDF, but the PDF will be printed one "page" each on 8.5 x 11" paper. I can do that, but the print on the pages is small, the original size, instead of filling the 8.5 x 11" sheet. Is there a Resize to Fit or Print at 120% or some other option that will let me enlarge the pages for the PDF and thus allow me to print full size pages on 8.5 x 11"? The MAC version of Publisher 2 has a PRINT TO PDF option that allows me to "Resize to Fit" and the text/page is enlarged to fit on the 8.5 x 11" paper. Any help appreciated. Thanks. Quote
Staff Lee D Posted March 17, 2023 Staff Posted March 17, 2023 Those options are only available on the Print dialogs, when exporting to PDF, the size is all based of your document settings. Have you looked into the print options available within your PDF viewer? Quote
