  1. Oooh. That makes perfect sense. So when you Import Text Styles, you import them from another document, not from some text style file. I was trying to make this much harder than it is. Thanks so much!
  2. You know, that's a good question. Now that I look at it, I'm not sure HOW I saved them originally. I only see Text/Text Styles/"Save Text Styles as default". However, I remember when I originally "saved" the text styles, it opened to a folder which already had two or three files in it. I don't remember the file extension, but it seemed like it made sense to be some sort of text style default file. Oh boy, I'm no help at all. Alright, let's start over. I've created text styles that I really like in Document A. I open a second (existing) Document B and want to use the text styles from Document A. What's the best way to accomplish this without taking the time to recreate them again in Document B? Thanks.
  3. Hi. Publisher 2 for Windows. I have created some Text Styles in a document then SAVED them to whatever the Text Styles folder is. Later, I've opened a new document and want to import the text styles I saved previously. I click the TEXT menu, then TEXT STYLES, then IMPORT TEXT STYLES. But I'm presented with the folder that I last saved a document to. To where do I navigated to look for my saved Text Styles file so I can import them into my new document? Thanks.
  4. Please count me in. I happened to find a similar post from six years ago while browsing the forum yesterday and was puzzled why this hasn't been addressed through the years. It would be a tremendous help to get this feature added. Thanks.
  5. Hello, all. Just adding my support for this request. Would be great to have control. Otherwise love the product (mainly use Publisher), but updating the SAVE AS would help tremendously.
  6. Hello. First post here. I have a Publisher 2 document (Windows version). It is a BOOKLET printed on 8.5 x 14" paper, duplex folded, so the "pages" are 7 x 8.5" in size. That gives me two pages on one size of the paper and two on the other. I want to export as PDF, but the PDF will be printed one "page" each on 8.5 x 11" paper. I can do that, but the print on the pages is small, the original size, instead of filling the 8.5 x 11" sheet. Is there a Resize to Fit or Print at 120% or some other option that will let me enlarge the pages for the PDF and thus allow me to print full size pages on 8.5 x 11"? The MAC version of Publisher 2 has a PRINT TO PDF option that allows me to "Resize to Fit" and the text/page is enlarged to fit on the 8.5 x 11" paper. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
