How is it that with multiple objects (curves) in a group, I can manipulate the gradient if I add a distortion (mesh) and with a single object (for example: rectangle + mesh) where is the gradient when I add "Mesh" I can't get it?

Hi @adam1762,

After adding your Mesh Warp Group to the Rectangle, select the Rectangle Layer within the Mesh Warp Group directly in the Layers Panel, then select the Fill (Gradient) Tool & you should see the gradient handles appear for editing.

I hope this helps :)
