Hi,

I'm producing a church magazine as a booklet using Publisher. There are 10 pages of A4 split into two, producing 20 printable pages, it's quite simple really. Printing the booklet directly from Publisher produces the pages in the correct numerical layout, as you would expect.

When exported as a PDF the pages are in the correct numerical order but not in the correct layout order. For example, the pages are numbered 1 through to 20 in order but can't be duplex printed to form the booklet. Pages 2 and 3 would have pages 4 and 5 on the reverse when it should be page 1 and page 20 on the reverse. Publisher would print them like that but PDF won't.

Is this normal for a PDF document exported from Publisher?

In the Affinity applications, only Print has a Booklet option. Perhaps with Print you can select a PDF option for the printer you use?
