PaoloT Posted March 13, 2023 Posted March 13, 2023 Hi, I use Publisher's pasteboard to assemble the images that will then be pasted into the page. When working with transparent images, the images' color is altered by the background. The only solution I can think of is to change the pasteboard color to white/paper. But this makes previewing the page a bit unimpressive. Switching to Preview mode doesn't change the pasteboard color. Maybe I would appreciate a separate color setting for the pasteboard when in Preview mode, and when not in it, and working in the pasteboard. I would therefore be able to set a white/paper background when Preview mode is off, and a darker color when in Preview mode. Paolo Quote
thomaso Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 Workaround: Place a rectangle with white fill in the pasteboard area + lock its layer in the layers panel. It will disappear in Preview mode. PaoloT 1 Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1
