I hope someone can help me.

My Affinity Publisher is up-to-date, using 2.0.4.

I have created a Teacher's Guide that includes clickable navigation as well as numerous hyperlinks to external sources for the teachers.

My first attempts to export as a digital pdf led to a spinning "preview processing" wheel, and if I tried to export it while it was doing that, I got an error message. (And the processing never stopped.) I could export it as a PRINT PDF...but that doesn't help as I need a digital version with all the navigation and hyperlinks working.

Eventually I was able to export a digital PDF if I TURNED OFF the hyperlinks.

So I narrowed it down that far...but that still doesn't help me as I need these hyperlinks to work. I've got hours invested into this. I don't want to have to send this to my graphics team to redo it in Abode InDesign.

Help???

Thank you!

Susan

if you are using email hyperlinks check them carefully for any spaces at the start and remove those.

If that doesnt apply would you be able to send us the file to investigate please

Pauls, yes, I will be happy to send you the file. Where shall I send it? Or should I post it here?

Thank you!

you have an email hyperlink with a space at the end (the izzit.org one). Removing that space will allow the PDF to generate. This will be fixed in v2.1 when that becomes available
