How to Update Client's Product Sheet?

My website client would like me to update their product sheet (attached). My client uses the product sheet as give-aways in their retail store.

How would I go about that especially the background gradient and the shadowing on each photo?

The background looks like a ‘grunge texture’ (plenty to find on the web for free) with a Rectangle filled with a Radial Gradient over the top of it with some opacities of the gradient lower than 100% to let the grunge come through.

The shadows can be done with a Layer Effect if the items have been isolated from their backgrounds.
