GarryP Posted March 9, 2023 Share Posted March 9, 2023 The background looks like a ‘grunge texture’ (plenty to find on the web for free) with a Rectangle filled with a Radial Gradient over the top of it with some opacities of the gradient lower than 100% to let the grunge come through. The shadows can be done with a Layer Effect if the items have been isolated from their backgrounds.
