Photos V2 not displaying all files in open window

I'm using Photo V2, when I'm running a batch job.... I'm trying to add photos, but not all the folders are displaying in the open window.

Please could you provide a screenshot showing which folders should be visible using Finder and then another showing which are actually visible when using the Batch Job feature within Affinity?
