Publisher 2.0.4 crashes and becomes unresponsive when changing monitors

When I start Publisher the splash screen shows up on monitor 1 (laptop screen) and the app displays on monitor 3. If I move the window to monitor 2 (where I want it) the document view goes blank and the app becomes unresponsive. After a few minutes windows displays the unresponsive app dialog and waiting for over an hour does not restore the app.

I've tried dragging the window as well as shift+win+arrow and both cause the crash. dragging the window does give some hope as the app appears to relocate but the app will crash after finishing the drag. I've tried moving the app before opening a document and the app still crashes.

I can move the app to different desktops but not to different monitors.

Do you use a 3rd party app like 'Actual Multiple Monitors' to manage your monitors?

Could you also check this post and attach the latest crash report.
