west1849 Posted February 26, 2023 Posted February 26, 2023 The last time (a year ago) I sent files to Ingram Spark they had some annoying error messages, with less information than needed that I eventually worked through. I just tried to submit new files for a new book...But there system now has even less information to work with. All is say is...{An error has occurred retrieving content file validation.) This does not tell me if the problem is the book cover or the inside file. Has anyone run into this issue yet? Quote
