The last time (a year ago) I sent files to Ingram Spark they had some annoying error messages, with less information than needed that I eventually worked through. I just tried to submit new files for a new book...But there system now has even less information to work with. All is say is...{An error has occurred retrieving content file validation.)

This does not tell me if the problem is the book cover or the inside file. Has anyone run into this issue yet?

So there is no other information, that's the complete error message? (An error has occurred retrieving content file validation.)

Are there other error messages?

Follow up, I am not sure what I did. but all of a sudden after submitting my files for seventh time... sudden they accept them. Maybe they had a hick up in the system???
