Todd S. Posted February 15, 2023 Share Posted February 15, 2023 Affinity 1.10.6 Win 11 Hi, I am unable to use the paintbrush to paint the layer mask in black or white. Nothing happens. As the screenshots show, mask layer is selected, blend mode is normal, protect alpha is unchecked. These were the things I found searching the forum concerning this issue. Switch to the regular Brush Tool (on the right of the gradient tool) and it should work as you'd expect.
