Affinity Photo 2.04 - Loading Assets - Shrinking Down - Zooming Out -> CRASH

I tried to be very explicit in the title. That is basically how affinity 2 is crashing on my PC - I'm on Windows 11 and Affinity 1 NEVER crashed. To the contrary, this software always crashes if I:
Load an asset -> Shrink it down -> Zoom Out.

Usually it happens at the later stages of my rendering workflow, which make the entire thing a lot more annoying. The bigger the file is, the bigger the change for crashing following those steps.  Sometimes tho, it does no "crash", like closing the program, but just freezes to dead.
