In Publisher v2 Missing(?) "Alignment Help"

I did not search for this prior to posting because I wasn't sure what to call it. In v1 of Publisher, whenever I was placing a graphic, or Asset element, or even a text frame, green and red lines would appear to inform me when the element was centered on the page, either side to side or top to bottom or aligned with a similar element nearby. Once the mouse button was released, they would disappear.

I'm not talking about the smaller slivers that may appear at the corners of an element, but larger red and green lines running up and down or side to side on a page.

In v2 these no longer appear. I found these to be extremely helpful. Have they been purposely removed in v2, or accidentally left out?

Those are Dynamic Guides, and they require that you have Snapping enabled (and possibly certain Snapping options selected). They still work in V2 for me.
